These FAQs are designed to help you have a better understanding of www.supercollect.be, our activities, how we operate and general information on handling, packing & shipping.

01. What's for sale?

We offer limited editions art prints: letterpress prints, screenprints, risograph prints, Giclée prints, ...

02. Where do you ship?

We ship our products almost everywhere. Customs and duty shipments outside of the EU (European Union) may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser. 

03. I live in Belgium, can I pick up my print somewhere free of charge?

Yes, you can. We can arrange a pick-up in the studio in Antwerp, or we can ship your print free of charge to a Zwartopwit service point of your choice.

03. What are the payment options?

We accept payments by PayPal and Stripe (Mastercard & Apple Pay). With these options, you can pay online safely and easily. We currently do not have the option to pay with an 'older' Maestro debit card (Bancontact). But… Stripe accepts payments with Mastercard, and from July 1st 2023, debit cards issued by Belgian banks are Debit Mastercard. All data will be safely secured, and your payment is free of charge. All our mentioned prices include VAT (if applicable). www.supercollect.be does not keep or register data concerning your payment details.

04. What about my privacy?

We respect your privacy. All information we collect is primarily used to process your order. This information is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order, and will under no circumstance be sold, disclosed or distributed to any third party. 

05. What about packing and shipping?

Prints are shipped in firm cardboard tubes. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the package. We ship out prints every Thursday.

06. What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the print(s) within 7 working days after receiving the product for a refund or exchange, if applicable. Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and must not be damaged.
